Many years ago while I was socially phobic there was so much that I wanted to change. Everyday I would find more and more things and my internal voice was constantly asking why I was so crappy at so many different things.

From the time you wake up to the time you fall asleep you will be bombarded with messages from all different sources. It’s interesting to me that depending on your emotions on that particular day a different set of messages will paid atention to by your mind.

Why is it that people will type in anything online, they will talk about their most private ideas and post their most personal details on a medium where anyone can see it, yet when it comes to talking with people face to face they clam up and cannot connect or share.

Why Bashing Your Head Against a Wall Will Only Ever Produce More Bruising

One of my favourite ways to try and change my behaviours and beliefs when I was growing up was to bash my head against a wall repeatedly. I’m not speaking literally of course that sort of thing can give you brain damage for life, unless you’re lucky enough to have walls made of feather pillows.
