What Do You Do? What Can You Do?

Everyday my inbox gets filled with articles relating to social anxiety disorder. It’s something that completely fascinates me because I’ve gone through it and found a way out, so many don’t. Some because they don’t want to, others because they don’t think they can, and still more because they just don’t know how.

One of the many posts I received today was Social anxiety made me cry talking about someone’s anxiety disorder and how it badly affected their life.

On the internet there is of course massive amounts of information surrounding social anxiety and sadly most of it is crap made up by those just out to take people’s money. The reason why is because none of it can garauntee results. When someone realises they have a problem the best thing they can do to resolve it is to decide to get rid of it.

Wading through the crap is hard, especially when each offers it’s own garauntee. I was lucky enough to find the 3D Mind very quickly and so had very strong results right from the get go. The 3D Mind works completely differently from anything else out there and in my opinion is the only way to go if you really want to actually achieve change in your life. The 3D Mind is the only technology that works on the very foundations (the emotional drivers) that create any problem in the first place.

Here are a couple of testimonials from people who have used it (not necessarily on social anxiety):

I was going to make a seperate post about social anxiety and drugs on the market for treating it, but i think this article really sums up my thoughts very well. A big thumbs up to for that, thanks. Drugs tackle the symptoms and not the true cause of any mental problem and thus when you stop taking them (because you want to, because you have to, or because they are destroying your body anyway, etc.) the problem comes back.

On the website ArticleDoctor.com which is dedicated to health and fitness there is an article which reads:

"A psychiatrist prescribes medicines depending on the patient’s symptoms"

This is a very good point, medicines for mental problems deal with the symptoms and not the cause of a problem. This is exactly like the mass culling of sharks that happened post Jaws because people were trying to cope with being scared of a horror movie. The sharks were a symptom and mass killing of them did nothing to appease people’s fear, only proper education can do that.

Here’s the point folks, if you are suffering find something that works, find it and hold onto it and let others know. It is a horrible state of affairs when someone has to suffer in silence because they can’t find a competent method to help them out.
