What I Cannot Change

Many years ago while I was socially phobic there was so much that I wanted to change. Everyday I would find more and more things and my internal voice was constantly asking why I was so crappy at so many different things.

I could go into any social situation and my mind would already have constructed a path of what was about to happen that resulted in me getting hurt and/or feeling worse than I already did. This is not a great thing to have going on in your mind if you want to actually go out and have quality time with people. The reason this path was constructed was due to my own personal belief system which created filters through which I would look at the world.

I got to wondering if I was going to be stuck like this for my whole life, which was a whole other bag of nasty I really hated. Thankfully my personality would only accept that these personal beliefs were temporary (despite having them for the vast majority of my life) and so I set out on a course to change them.

Eventually I was lucky enough to come across the 3D Mind technique which works directly on your belief system and the emotions that create it. The first change I ever had with the 3D Mind allowed me to start interacting with people, and although weak at first my conversations and social interactions grew in time.

But is there anything you cannot change? I have yet to find any issue with your personal belief system which cannot be changed in any way. All beliefs are created by emotions and if you can find the structure of how that belief is created then you can change it.

So whatever it was that you thought was holding you back, whatever you have learned to live with, whatever you want to change, isn’t it about time you started?
